Data Deletion Instructions

1. Email sales@reyderenterprises.com with the subject "Delete my data", or send us a WhatsApp message at +1 407-842-0377 saying "Please delete my data".
2. Include the phone number you used to message us, your name or business name, and your Reyder Bids sign-in email if you have an account, so we can find your records.
3. We may ask you to confirm the request from that phone number or email address, to make sure it really comes from you.

• Your contact details and the profile information you shared with us, including what Meta provided when you contacted us.
• Your WhatsApp conversations with us, including photos, voice notes and files.
• Your Reyder Bids account, alert settings and watchlists.
• Notes, leads and sales records about you that we are not required to keep.

• Invoices, orders, payment records, winning bids and tax-exemption documents, for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
• Information needed for an open order, an unpaid balance, a claim or a dispute, until it is resolved.
• The minimum needed to meet other legal obligations or to prevent fraud, such as a record that an account was closed for non-payment.

We keep only what is needed for these purposes and delete it afterwards.

We complete deletion requests within 30 days and confirm through the same channel you used to contact us. Information may remain in our backups for a short period until they are overwritten.

Deleting your data from our systems does not delete the messages on your own phone, or information WhatsApp and Meta keep under their own policies. You can delete chats in WhatsApp, and manage your Meta data in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
